抗静电整理剂HOLPOSON® Thor

抗静电整理剂 HOLPOSON® Thor适用于合成纤维及天然纤维的抗静电剂；主要成分是特殊的改性季铵盐，性能稳定，能与大部分硅油同浴使用，不影响面料风格，具有优良的吸湿导电性和防尘性。

二、使用方法

建议稀释至5-10倍后使用

稀释方法：加入水至60℃—搅拌加入 Thor —搅拌下保温60℃,30min

—降温至40℃以下过滤即可

.浸渍工艺

稀释后用量：2-3%（owf）

浸渍（20-40min）—脱水—焙烘（120-170℃）

.浸轧工艺

稀释后用量：20-40g/L

一浸一轧（或二浸二轧）（轧余率70%左右）—焙烘（120-170℃）具体工艺请用户通过试样的情况调整

贮    存

非危险品，常温避光，密封保存贮存期6个月，125公斤/桶

HOLPOSON® Thor

Antistatic finishing agent Thor is suitable for the antistatic of synthetic and natural fiber; specially modified quaternary ammonium salt has stable performance, and can be used in the same bath with most types of silicone oil, which does not affect the fabric style. It has excellent moisture absorbency, electric conductivity and pollution/dust resistance.

Usage:

It is recommended to use it after diluting it 5-10 times.

Dilution method: Add water at 60 ℃ - stir and add Thor - keep at 60 ℃ while stirring for 30min

- lower the temperature to below 40 ℃ and filter.

Impregnation method

Dosage after dilution: 2-3% (o.w.f.)

Impregnation (20-40min) - dehydration - baking (120-170 ℃)

Padding method

Dosage after dilution: 20-40g/L

Dip and roll once or dip and roll twice (Liquid rate: 70%) - baking (120-170 ℃) To be more specific, please adjust through the sample test.

Storage:

1. Non-hazardous substance. Please protect it from light at normal temperature

2. Storage time when sealed: 6 months
