纺织品具有持久的保湿功能。经过胶原蛋白整理后的面料手感爽滑光泽度好，透气速干，对纺织品的含水量保湿率都能

有很好的改善作用。

二、使用方法

适用于各种纤维织物，广泛应用于袜子，手套，内衣、衬衫、床上用品等

1、浸轧法

用量： HOLPOSON® Xiao Qiao  30­60g/l

处理方法：浸一轧(带液量70-80%)      烘干（120℃）

2、浸渍法

HOLPOSON®Xiao Qiao  用量：3.0­5.0 g/l 浴比1：10

均匀化料整理液40℃浸渍（30分钟）    脱水      烘干（120℃）

HOLPOSON® Xiao Qiao

The active ingredients of various amino acids contained in collagen finishing agent Xiao Qiao are similar to the amino acids in human skin protein, after finishing, textiles have a long-lasting moisturizing function. After collagen finishing, the fabric has a smooth feel and good gloss, breathable and quick-drying, and can improve the moisture content and moisture retention of textiles.

Usage:

Applicable to various kinds of fiber texitles, widely used in socks, gloves, underwear, shirts, bedding, etc.

1. Padding

Xiao Qiao dosage: Xiao Qiao 30 ~ 60g/L

Treatment method: dip and roll (with liquid content of 70-80%) → baking (120 ℃)

2. Impregnation

Xiao Qiao dosage: 3.0-5.0g /L, bath ratio: 1:10

Dissolve it evenly to create the finishing agent solution. Impregnation at 40 ℃ (30 minutes) → dehydration → baking (120 ℃)

Characteristics:

1. Collagen can effectively protect the moisture in the cuticle, with a moisture regain rate of more than 15%.

2. It does not affect the strength, hand feel and air permeability of the fabric, and can give the fabric a satiated and smooth hand feeling

3. It is non-polluting, non-toxic, and biodegradable
