丰富的柔软手感和良好的吸水性，适用于化纤及混纺织物的后整理，特别适用于绒类化纤织物，手感的柔软性、蓬松性及滑

爽性俱佳。

一、物化性能

离子性：弱阳离子

pH 值：5.0±1.0

含量：45%±2.0   

二、使用方法

化 料：Water Soft 化料使用时充分搅拌均匀

浸渍法：Water Soft 用量 0.2-0.6%（o.w.f）；30℃浸渍 10-30 分钟→脱水(带液率约 70%)→烘干 100-130℃→定型 170-190℃。

浸轧法：HOLPOSON® Water Soft 用量 10-30g/L；浸轧(轧余率约 70%)→烘干 100-130℃→ 定型 170-190℃。

HOLPOSON® Water Soft

HOLPOSON® Water Soft is a softener with good hydrophilic properties. After being treated with Water Soft, fabrics will gain fluffiness, softness and smoothness. The product can be dissolved directly with cold water and diluted in any proportion. Compared with the shortcomings of complex disolution process and poor stability of traditional organosilicon softeners, Water Soft can be easily dissolved and handled, bringing the treated fabrics rich and soft hand feeling as well as strong water absorbency. It can be used in the afterfinish of synthetic fibers and blends. It’s especially suitable for plush-like synthetic fiber textiles, generating soft hand feeling, fluffiness and smoothness.

Characteristics:

1. Water Soft is a highly concentrated liquid and can be diluted with cold water directly.

2. Brings synthetic fiber textiles excellent fluffiness, softness and smooth hand feeling.

3. The treated materials own both hand feelings of polyester and organosilicon. There’s no need for mix with other agent.

4. Very stable. There will be no floating oil or roller-sticking.              

Usage:

Dissolution: Stir Water Soft thoroughly when dissolving it.

1.Impregnation process:

Dosage: 0.2-0.6% (o.w.f)

Impregnation at 30℃ for 10-30 min → dehydration (Liquid content at about 70%) → drying at 100-130℃ → heat setting at 170-190℃

2. Padding process

Dosage of Water Soft (20%): 10-30g/L

Padding (Liquid retention rate at about 70%) → drying at 100-130℃ → heat setting at 170-190℃
