HOLPOSON® Spiderman也叫蜘蛛侠® 是由我司博士团队开发的驱避型防蚊虫整理剂，适用于各种规格的纺织品，

如：棉，粘胶，涤纶，尼龙等天然、合成纤维及混纺织物。蜘蛛侠®主要成分为氯菊酯的防蚊整理剂，核心技术：

微胶囊材料包裹氯菊酯制成氯菊酯微胶囊，可以提升氯菊酯的耐久稳定性，也可提升防蚊虫整理剂在纺织品上的耐水洗性能。

一、物化性能

主要成分：  氯氰菊酯

溶 解  性： 易溶于水

二、使用方法

稀释方法：先将 HOLPOSON®Spiderman 化料，再一边搅拌一边慢慢加水，稀释到所需要的浓度

一、浸轧法

用量： 40-80 g/l   轧液率：70-80%   烘干：120-190℃

二、浸渍法

用量：3-6 % o.w.f.  温度：20℃室温   浸渍时间：20 分钟

烘干：120℃-150℃或者120℃以下

注意事项

为保证产品的稳定性加料需缓慢加料。整理后的面料可能会有颜色和手感变化,请务必试样确认后进行大货整理.

贮    存

HOLPOSON® Spiderman 包装：25KG塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。

室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

HOLPOSON® Spiderman, also called Spiderman®, is a repellent and anti-mosquito finishing agent developed by our doctor’s team. It is suitable for various specifications of textiles, such as cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon and other natural and synthetic fibers and blended fabrics. Spiderman® is an anti-mosquito finishing agent whose main component is permethrin. The core technology: micro-capsules materials wrap permethrin to make permethrin micro-capsules, which can improve the durability and stability of permethrin and also improve the anti-mosquito finishing agent Washability on textiles.

Usage:

Dilution method: first, dissolve Spider-Man, and then stir while adding water to dilute it to the required concentration

1. Padding

Dosage: 40-80g/L. Liquid retention rate: 70-80%. Drying: 120-190 ℃

2. Impregnation method

Dosage: 3-6% (o.w.f.). Temperature: 20 ℃ room temperature. Immersion time: 20 minutes

Drying: 120℃-150℃ or below 120℃

Attentions:

1. In order to ensure the stability of the product, it is necessary to feed slowly.

2. The finished fabric may have color and hand feel changes. Please make sure to confirm on sample test before mass production.

Storage:

1. Spider-Man packaging: 25kg/plastic barrel.

2. Storage period: 12 months.
